HOW TO BUY A CLASS 3/ NFA ITEM AND HAVE IT SHIPPED TO YOUR LOCAL AREA.
If you are ordering from outside Florida or want to pick it up at a store local to your area the process is as follows:
1. Order the item you want through the website or via phone.
2. Find a dealer in your area who is licensed to deal with Class 3 items. We will need a copy of their FFL and their SOT.
3. Once we receive their information, we will submit the necessary
forms to the ATF for the transfer. The approval process varies
depending on how backlogged the ATF is, but can take up to 6 weeks.
4. Once the ATF authorizes the transfer, we will send the firearm to
your dealer and they will guide you through the local process to own
this item.
